I sold homes here for 15 years from 1985 until the end of 2001. I was one of the top producers in the area and had many sales transactions with other local agents. Now I offer a complimentary agent referral service. If that would be helpful, I will recommend three local agents to you.  My criteria for selecting them will be based on the number of years they have been in the business (at least 10 years), their high level of professionalism that I observed, their high ethical standards, their internet and email skills, their particular knowledge of the communities you are most interested in, and their compatibility with your other specific needs.

If you choose to work with one of the agents I have recommended and you close escrow on a home, I will be paid a professional referral fee by your agent's company. This is a very usual practice in real estate for business leads.
